The terms under which Youth Revisited Ltd provides the TRT programme, subscription services and associated products.
Youth Revisited Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a private healthcare company registered in England and Wales. We provide a subscription-based testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) monitoring and prescribing programme, operating under the clinical oversight of registered healthcare professionals.
All prescribing is carried out by Nemia Pilobello, NMC-registered Independent Prescriber. Medical consultation support is provided by Dr Salman Ahmed, GMC-registered doctor (GMC #7948448). Medication is dispensed by SignatureRx, GPhC-registered UK pharmacy (reg. 9012267).
Youth Revisited provides two subscription tiers:
Optional upgrades (including the Athlete Blood Test at £100 and additional consultations at £25) are available and subject to these terms.
To access the Youth Revisited TRT programme you must:
Youth Revisited reserves the right to decline to provide services to any individual where the prescriber determines it would not be clinically appropriate. Providing false or misleading information in the eligibility process constitutes a breach of these terms.
Your monthly subscription begins on the date your first prescription is issued. Billing occurs on the same date each month. The subscription fee covers all items listed under your chosen tier in Section 2.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely. We do not store payment card details.
Once your programme begins with your first blood test, a 3-month minimum commitment applies. This is the minimum period required to establish baseline data, assess treatment response, and ensure clinical continuity. Hormone optimisation cannot be assessed meaningfully in less than 3 months.
If you wish to leave the programme during the 3-month minimum period, you remain liable for the subscription fees for the remainder of that period.
After the initial 3-month period, you may cancel at any time by contacting our team at info@youth-revisited.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Medication dispatched prior to cancellation is non-refundable.
If you are considering stopping TRT, we strongly recommend discussing this with your prescriber first. Discontinuation should be managed clinically to allow your natural hormone production to restabilise.
One consultation with your prescriber or GP is included in your subscription every 3 months, aligned with your blood results review. You may choose whether to consult with the prescriber (Nemia Pilobello) or the medical doctor (Dr Salman Ahmed) based on your preference and clinical need.
If you require an additional consultation outside of your quarterly review, this is available at £25 per session. Additional consultations can be booked by contacting our team directly.
Consultations are conducted by video call. If you miss a scheduled consultation without 24 hours' notice, the session may be forfeited and a rebooking fee may apply.
Consultations with a specialist in anabolics and steroids are available as an additional paid service. Pricing is confirmed before booking.
All medication is dispensed by SignatureRx (GPhC reg. 9012267) and dispatched to your registered address. You are responsible for ensuring your address is kept up to date.
If you experience side effects or have concerns about your medication, contact our team immediately. Do not adjust your dose without consulting your prescriber.
Every client is assigned a named personal contact who is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm to answer questions about your programme, results and appointments.
Your personal contact is not a clinical professional. For clinical advice or urgent clinical concerns, your contact will escalate to the prescriber or GP on your behalf.
Youth Revisited does not provide out-of-hours emergency medical advice. If you have a medical emergency, please contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
Active clients may receive a personal referral code. When a new client uses your code:
Commission rates and payment terms are confirmed when your referral code is issued. Youth Revisited reserves the right to modify or withdraw the referral scheme at any time with reasonable notice. Referral codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
By enrolling in the Youth Revisited programme, you consent to us processing your personal and health data for the purposes of delivering clinical care, managing your subscription and communicating with you about your programme.
Health data is classified as special category data under UK GDPR and is processed on the lawful basis of explicit consent and provision of healthcare. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where necessary for your clinical care (e.g. referral to NHS services).
For full details, please see our Privacy Policy. Clinical records are retained for a minimum of 8 years.
We take all complaints seriously. To raise a concern, contact us at info@youth-revisited.co.uk. All complaints are acknowledged within 2 working days and responded to in full within 10 working days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the NMC, GMC or Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman as appropriate. Full details are in our Clinical Policy.
