The Service

Youth Revisited provides two subscription tiers:

Monitoring Only — £75/month

  • Quarterly blood panel reviewed by a registered clinician
  • One prescriber or GP consultation every 3 months
  • Written clinical summary following each review
  • Personal named contact available Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm
  • Access to results dashboard

TRT + Monitoring — from £120/month

  • Everything in Monitoring Only
  • Testosterone medication supplied and dispatched monthly
  • Prescription issued by the prescriber following clinical review
  • 1:1 injection tutorial for injectable formulations
  • Dose adjustments included as clinically required
Scope: This programme is specifically designed for hormone optimisation and testosterone monitoring. It does not cover general health concerns or other specialisms. If your specialist identifies a need for additional markers, these will be included as part of your care.

Optional upgrades (including the Athlete Blood Test at £100 and additional consultations at £25) are available and subject to these terms.

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be resident in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland
  • Complete the eligibility assessment honestly and in full
  • Not have contraindications to testosterone therapy as assessed by the prescriber
  • Provide accurate medical history and current medication information

Youth Revisited reserves the right to decline to provide services to any individual where the prescriber determines it would not be clinically appropriate. Providing false or misleading information in the eligibility process constitutes a breach of these terms.

5

Programme Commitment & Cancellation

Before your first test: You are free to withdraw at any point before your first blood test with no charge and no obligation.

Once your programme begins with your first blood test, a 3-month minimum commitment applies. This is the minimum period required to establish baseline data, assess treatment response, and ensure clinical continuity. Hormone optimisation cannot be assessed meaningfully in less than 3 months.

If you wish to leave the programme during the 3-month minimum period, you remain liable for the subscription fees for the remainder of that period.

After the initial 3-month period, you may cancel at any time by contacting our team at info@youth-revisited.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Medication dispatched prior to cancellation is non-refundable.

If you are considering stopping TRT, we strongly recommend discussing this with your prescriber first. Discontinuation should be managed clinically to allow your natural hormone production to restabilise.

6

Consultations

One consultation with your prescriber or GP is included in your subscription every 3 months, aligned with your blood results review. You may choose whether to consult with the prescriber (Nemia Pilobello) or the medical doctor (Dr Salman Ahmed) based on your preference and clinical need.

If you require an additional consultation outside of your quarterly review, this is available at £25 per session. Additional consultations can be booked by contacting our team directly.

Consultations are conducted by video call. If you miss a scheduled consultation without 24 hours' notice, the session may be forfeited and a rebooking fee may apply.

Consultations with a specialist in anabolics and steroids are available as an additional paid service. Pricing is confirmed before booking.

7

Medication & Pharmacy

All medication is dispensed by SignatureRx (GPhC reg. 9012267) and dispatched to your registered address. You are responsible for ensuring your address is kept up to date.

  • Medication is dispatched within 2–3 working days of prescription issue
  • You are responsible for safe storage and disposal of medication and sharps
  • Lost or damaged medication is not automatically replaced — contact our team to discuss
  • Medication cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances
  • Youth Revisited is not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or third-party couriers

If you experience side effects or have concerns about your medication, contact our team immediately. Do not adjust your dose without consulting your prescriber.

8

Personal Contact & Support

Every client is assigned a named personal contact who is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm to answer questions about your programme, results and appointments.

Your personal contact is not a clinical professional. For clinical advice or urgent clinical concerns, your contact will escalate to the prescriber or GP on your behalf.

Youth Revisited does not provide out-of-hours emergency medical advice. If you have a medical emergency, please contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.

9

Referral Scheme

Active clients may receive a personal referral code. When a new client uses your code:

  • The new client receives 10% off their first order
  • You earn a commission — credited to your account or paid directly
  • If you and your referred friend are in the same location and both require a home visit, the referred client's visit fee is waived (they pay for the test only)

Commission rates and payment terms are confirmed when your referral code is issued. Youth Revisited reserves the right to modify or withdraw the referral scheme at any time with reasonable notice. Referral codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

10

Data & Privacy

By enrolling in the Youth Revisited programme, you consent to us processing your personal and health data for the purposes of delivering clinical care, managing your subscription and communicating with you about your programme.

Health data is classified as special category data under UK GDPR and is processed on the lawful basis of explicit consent and provision of healthcare. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where necessary for your clinical care (e.g. referral to NHS services).

For full details, please see our Privacy Policy. Clinical records are retained for a minimum of 8 years.

11

We take all complaints seriously. To raise a concern, contact us at info@youth-revisited.co.uk. All complaints are acknowledged within 2 working days and responded to in full within 10 working days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the NMC, GMC or Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman as appropriate. Full details are in our Clinical Policy.

12
